Cheerful sadness reigns this weekend as smokey barbecues signal the final weekend of Summer.  But also the end of our hiatus, which has revealed that the secret to a prompt blog posting on Saturday is to start the painting on Friday night.  Today's especially corpulent evil face is presented alongside a classic work by Julia. 

As recently as 2008, 20% of Americans believed they were in the top 5% of wage earners.  Well, you don't need a degree in mathematics to know this is both very optimistic and impossibly wrong.  Now that you realize you're probably a Have Not, enjoy your Labor Day Weekend, workers of America!
